Profile and pipe extrusion is a process by which we produce precisely shaped products of constant cross-sections from thermoplastic materials – from round and square pipes to complex technical profiles. The process is carried out by continuously pushing molten plastic through a special forming tool (die), which enables high repeatability and product quality.<\/span><\/b><\/p>

We offer the production of:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

  • round pipes of various diameters,<\/span><\/b><\/p><\/li>

  • square and rectangular pipes,<\/span><\/b><\/p><\/li>

  • solid and hollow profiles made to order,<\/span><\/b><\/p><\/li>

  • technical profiles for industrial, construction or furniture use.<\/span><\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Advantages of extrusion of profiles and pipes:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

    • possibility of manufacturing any lengths and dimensions,<\/span><\/b><\/p><\/li>

    • adjustment of color and surface structure,<\/span><\/b><\/p><\/li>

    • high resistance to wear and weather influences,<\/span><\/b><\/p><\/li>

    • economically efficient production of larger batches.<\/span><\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Materials used:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

      • PE (polyethylene) \u2013 excellent resistance to moisture and chemicals, suitable for industrial and outdoor use,<\/span><\/b><\/p><\/li>

      • POM \u2013 high strength, stiffness and wear resistance, suitable for mechanically stressed parts,<\/span><\/b><\/p><\/li>

      • ABS \u2013 durable and impact-resistant, suitable for technical and structural elements,<\/span><\/b><\/p><\/li>
